My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown was a mix of positives and negatives. While the hotel was quite beautiful and in a convenient location near shopping and restaurants, there were numerous inconveniences that detracted from my experience. The ongoing renovations made for a disorganized environment, which was frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
The room was comfortable and clean, featuring a nice size flat-screen TV. However, our bathroom door didn't close properly, and it took twice before we were told someone would come to fix it, but they never did. That was disappointing.
Service
5.0
Service needs improvement, particularly customer service training. I had a frustrating breakfast experience where the staff seemed unclear about whether our breakfast was included, even after I showed them my invoice.
Location
8.0
The location was good, close to various restaurants and just off the highway, making it convenient for my travels. However, the hotel looked somewhat institutional and not very inviting during my stay due to the construction.
Dining
5.0
The dining options in the hotel were not worth the prices they charged. I would have appreciated a complimentary breakfast considering the inconveniences during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered decent facilities, but the ongoing renovation severely limited access and made navigating the premises a hassle. There were also issues like tiny luggage carts that weren't very functional.

6.4/10

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown was a mixed bag. The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for my two nights there. However, the dining situation left much to be desired, especially with the hefty breakfast fee and the inconvenience of small luggage carts. Overall, while the location was convenient, I would consider other options for my next trip.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fridge. However, I faced issues such as noise and an unaddressed maintenance request for the bathroom door.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and quick to respond, but issues like the unavailability of luggage carts and slow follow-up on maintenance detracted from the experience.
Location
7.0
The hotel is easy to access off the freeway and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. However, it was quite noisy, which affected my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was not included and cost around $11.99, which I found excessive. The dining area was well-kept, but premium pricing for meals was disappointing.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had a decent gym and pool area, but amenities like limited luggage carts and the availability of towels at the pool were lacking.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process pleasant. However, the renovations happening at the hotel were inconvenient and detracted from my overall experience. The room was comfortable and clean, but some issues like the slow-draining sink were disappointing.

Rooms

The room was comfortable and clean, though it had a slow-draining sink. I appreciated that it overlooked the parking area, which was quieter than the freeway side.

The staff were friendly and professional during check-in and check-out, which helped to ease some frustrations I had with my room.
Location
7.0
The location was pretty good, with restaurants and shopping centers nearby, making it convenient for my needs.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast to be overpriced, especially considering there was no complimentary breakfast. It would have been nice to have more affordable options.

The hotel offers several facilities like housekeeping and laundry, but the ongoing renovations made it less appealing during my stay.

5.6/10

I had a mixed experience at Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown. The room was nice and quiet, which I appreciated, but there were several issues that detracted from my stay, like the high noise level near the highway and some maintenance problems. The breakfast was rather overpriced, and I felt disappointed by the service regarding my inquiries and requests.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and nice, but I experienced some maintenance issues, like a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly. Additionally, there were earplugs provided, hinting the rooms near the highway are quite loud.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly, I encountered inconsistencies with service. For instance, my requests for more bottled water were not accommodated, and there was an awkward situation regarding breakfast, which should have been included in my booking.
Location
6.0
The hotel is close to a shopping center, which is convenient. However, I did notice some shady areas nearby, and the highway noise was significant, especially at night.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was tasty, but at $12.95, it felt overpriced for what was offered. I was expecting more variety and clearer pricing on the menu.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were okay, but the pool was not clean and the slide wasn't operational on the day I stayed, which was disappointing.

5.2/10

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Uptown was a mixed bag. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the view of the pool area. However, I faced issues like the internet being down on the first evening and a lack of hot water in the morning. While the location is great, the service experience left much to be desired, particularly with communication regarding the indoor pool slide.

Rooms
5.0
The room was adequate, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the size and view of the pool area, but it felt a bit worn out.
Service
5.0
While the front desk staff were friendly, there were issues with communication, especially concerning the pool slide. I also encountered a problem with room service entering my room despite the Do Not Disturb sign in place.
Location
6.0
The location was excellent, close to the mall and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. I felt safe as well, thanks to good security measures.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was just okay and felt rushed. I felt pressured to hurry, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities seemed under renovation and didn't quite meet my expectations. The fitness center was lacking in equipment and maintenance, and the luggage carts were too small for the needs of guests.
